We’re Hiring: Lab Manager – RF, OTA, EMC & Telecom Testing | Bengaluru, India

Aracion is seeking an experienced Lab Manager to lead our RF, OTA, EMC and telecom testing laboratories. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and a sound understanding of wireless technologies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage day to day operations of RF, OTA and EMC testing laboratories

✔ Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists

✔ Ensure compliance with NABL, TEC, FCC, CE and applicable international standards

✔ Oversee testing activities for:

- Wi Fi 5/6/6 E/7
- 2 G, 3 G, 4 G and 5 G User Equipment (UE)
- 4 G and 5 G Base Stations
- Multi Standard Radios (MSR)
- Active Antenna Systems (AAS)
- OTA and Antenna Performance Testing
- EMC and Regulatory Compliance Testing

✔ Drive laboratory utilisation, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

✔ Support audits, accreditations and scope expansions

✔ Interface with customers, certification bodies and technology partners





Desired Experience

- 10+ years of experience in RF, OTA, EMC or telecom testing
- Good understanding of wireless communication technologies and the 3 GPP standards framework
- Familiarity with 3 GPP specifications related to User Equipment, Base Stations, Radio Performance and OTA testing
- Experience in UE, Base Station, MSR Radio and AAS testing
- Hands on experience with RF test instruments and automation platforms
- Solid understanding of RF measurements and test methodologies
- Experience managing technical teams and laboratory operations
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, TEC, FCC, CE and global compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field
- Experience managing accredited test laboratories
- Knowledge of 5 G NR, Massive MIMO, Beamforming, ORAN and NTN technologies
