Role Description This is a full time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Junior Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves supporting the sales process for solar and monitoring solutions by understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and assisting in demonstrations and presentations.

The Junior Technical Sales

Engineer will collaborate with the technical team to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including responding to inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues. Daily activities include maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads,



documenting interactions in the CRM or relevant tools, and contributing to sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires learning product features in detail, staying updated on industry trends, and participating in training sessions to build technical and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Sales and Sales to support customer acquisition and business growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to bridge customer needs with product capabilities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of solar power plants, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring technologies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively with teams, and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with using CRM or sales-related software tools is advantageous.
