About the Role

We’re launching Granimals for Her, a dedicated Instagram platform focused on women’s health, fitness, movement and wellness.

We’re looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-first person who is comfortable in front of the camera and excited to help us build the page from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in content ideas, shoots, Instagram management, audience engagement and page growth.

What you'll do

- Be the face of Granimals for Her across Instagram content.
- Come up with fresh, relatable and engaging content ideas.
- Participate in and coordinate Reels, shoots, Stories and other short-form content.




- Manage the Instagram page — content planning, posting and engagement.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats and content styles.
- Track content performance and understand what drives reach, engagement and followers.
- Engage with the audience and help build an active community.
- Work with our physiotherapists and internal teams to turn health and wellness expertise into engaging content.
- Help convert Instagram interest into genuine leads and consultations.
- Experiment, learn and continuously improve the page’s content and presence.

What We are looking for

- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels.
- Creative mindset with a natural ability to come up with content ideas.
- Valuable communication and storytelling skills.
- Someone who follows social media trends and understands what makes content engaging.
- Proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership.
- Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, lifestyle or healthcare content is a plus.
