Junior SEO Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Junior SEO Executive who has strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) along with traditional organic growth strategies. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility across search engines, AI-driven search platforms, and answer-based search environments.

Experience Required: 0.5-1.0 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and direct answer platforms.
- Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)



strategies to ensure brand visibility in AI-generated search results and generative platforms.
- Conduct website audits and resolve technical SEO issues such as indexing, crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO techniques.
- Collaborate with the content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO-friendly content and landing pages.
- Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, AI search, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or related field.
- SEO certification or digital marketing certification is an advantage.
- Experience working with AI search optimization and structured data/schema implementation will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Solid knowledge of Traditional SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
- Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts.
- Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
