Responsibilities

Client Communication via calls, emails and faxes

- Call U.S. based clients to obtain or confirm case information, treatment updates, documents, and follow-up details.
- Call medical providers, billing offices, and lien departments to gather documents and information.
- Maintain accurate call notes, follow-up tasks, and communication records.
- Court Filing and Case Administration
- Prepare and e-file approved documents through U.S. state and federal court portals; monitor filing status and save file-stamped copies and receipts.
- Calendar hearings, filing and service deadlines, discovery deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups; maintain accurate dockets and reminders.
- Open and update matters, contacts, tasks, notes, documents, deadlines, and case status in software platforms.
- Organize electronic case files, track outstanding documents, provide status updates, and escalate missing information or urgent deadlines.
- Team Support and Quality Control
- Coordinate with attorneys, supervisors, clients, providers, and team members as directed.
- Manage multiple assignments, follow internal procedures, protect confidential information, and maintain accuracy and timely completion.





Required Qualification and Skills

LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized University.

Strong spoken and written English, professional telephone etiquette, and excellent listening comprehension.

Ability to understand U.S. based clients and medical providers and communicate information clearly so that it is understood by the other party.

Experience in U.S. litigation, personal-injury support, legal process outsourcing, or a similar legal-support environment is preferred.

Familiarity with legal case-management and document-management software platforms.

Robust attention to detail, proofreading ability, organization, and follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and work independently with appropriate supervision.

Proactive attitude, accountability, professionalism, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.

Ability to identify problems, avoid unsupported assumptions, and promptly escalate questions or risks.

Experience: 1 year of relevant professional legal experience is preferred

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

Shift: Night shift aligned with U.S. working hours
