Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the designer will create visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior designers and marketing teams, interpreting briefs, developing design concepts, and refining layouts based on feedback.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will ensure brand consistency across all materials, manage multiple design tasks with tight deadlines, and prepare files for production or web use.



The role also involves staying updated on design trends and contributing creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating visually compelling marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support consistent brand identity across campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, attractive, and readable design layouts.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative software.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing and design teams.
- Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing design work, including branding, logos, and digital assets.
