Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Davangere.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will assist in developing visual concepts for campaigns, film projects, and social content under the guidance of senior creatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, supporting logo and brand identity work, refining typography in design assets, and preparing files for digital and video outputs. The role also involves collaborating with copywriters, directors, and producers, adapting designs based on feedback,



and ensuring consistency across all visual materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating visual concepts and layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding for supporting brand identity development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography for crafting clear, visually appealing text treatments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalents).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an eye for composition and color.
- Ability to take direction, respond constructively to feedback, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Good communication skills and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
