This is an Event Design + Execution role — not a graphics-only or desk job.

• Love designing, detailing & styling

• Have an eye for florals, decor & visual aesthetics

• Can coordinate with vendors and get things done

• Enjoy seeing your designs come alive on ground

• Don't mind running around on event days to make sure everything looks right

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be involved in:

- Conceptualising event designs & themes
- Creating moodboards, presentations & design decks
- Design detailing, styling & decor references
- Venue visits & on-ground execution
- Vendor coordination & follow-ups




- Ensuring execution matches the design vision

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–2 years in Event Design / Decor / Weddings / related creative fields
- Strong design sense & attention to detail
- Understanding of florals, styling & decor
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Canva & MS Office is a must..
