Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive Fresher is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role involves identifying potential clients, supporting lead generation activities, and assisting in presenting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions to prospective customers. The executive will help maintain client records, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate meetings or demos under the guidance of senior team members.

Daily tasks include researching target markets, updating CRM tools,



supporting account management activities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to support client acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to assist in managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong interest in education and training services.
