Role Description The Junior Area Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves prospecting and engaging potential customers in assigned areas, explaining platform features, and demonstrating how Nextdeal’s Real AI solutions can support their real estate needs.

The Junior Area Sales

Executive will manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Daily tasks include visiting clients, collecting and updating property and customer information, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and meeting sales and activity targets.



The role also requires preparing basic sales reports, participating in local marketing or outreach activities, and representing the brand professionally in the field.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing opportunities.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, digital tools, and basic data entry for managing leads and customer information.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, travel within assigned areas, and manage time effectively to meet daily targets.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling queries and objections.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Comfort working in a target-driven role and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.
