Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Mumbai.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including concept creation, schematic design, and detailed drawings. Daily responsibilities include preparing CAD and 3D models, assisting with design presentations, coordinating with senior architects and consultants, and contributing to interior layouts and planning documentation. The role also involves site visits, basic project coordination, and ensuring design intent is maintained through different stages of execution.

Architect will collaborate closely with the team to meet project timelines and maintain high standards of design and technical accuracy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with a solid understanding of planning principles and building design.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills as applied to architectural workflows, including familiarity with digital tools and collaborative platforms.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation of project progress.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent) and strong visualization skills are beneficial.
- A recognized degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and knowledge of local building codes and regulations are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, and effective communication skills are expected.
