Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chandigarh, India.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, producing drawings, and preparing design documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily responsibilities include creating and revising CAD and BIM models, assisting with detailed architectural design, coordinating with consultants, and helping integrate design changes into project documentation. The role involves participation in client presentations, site visits to support project execution, and collaboration with the project management team to track design progress and deliverables.

The Junior





Architect is expected to maintain organized project files, adhere to timelines, and follow local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of architectural drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as working with design software, coordinating digital models, and integrating project data.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination, and documentation to support timely and productive project delivery.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong visualization and detailing abilities, is beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent), knowledge of local building codes, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment are preferred.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from senior architects and take feedback constructively are important for success in this role.
