Role Description The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate documentation of invoices, vouchers, and expense records.

Accountant will assist in GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance activities under guidance, as well as support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaboration with senior finance team members and coordination with other departments to gather financial data will be part of the routine work. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in basic accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance, such as GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, or willingness to learn under guidance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records, invoices, and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Educational background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred).
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is an advantage, but motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
