JEWELLERY SALES EXECUTIVE AYCA | Jewellery • Diamonds • Redesigning We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive who can handle customers, manage leads and contribute to sales while also supporting AYCA’s digital activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle walk-in, WhatsApp & online customers Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery Manage leads, follow-ups & customer information through CRM Maintain sales records and reports using MS Excel Handle basic billing/accounting work through Tally Develop robust knowledge of AYCA’s jewellery, diamonds & redesigning services Assist with social media activities and customer engagement Shoot simple product/reel videos using a mobile phone Support day-to-day showroom and sales activities SKILLS REQUIREDJewellery sales experience preferred Fluent English communication Good customer-handling & sales skills Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & Tally Basic knowledge of social media platforms Comfortable shooting videos on phone Well-presented, proactive & organised Willingness to learn and grow with AYCA
