Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and engineering best practices through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Create project work plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams, enhancing technical capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in development, deployment, and operational processes.
