Job Title: Java Technical Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Manager to lead and guide the development team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Java applications. The role involves technical leadership, team management, code quality, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Java developers.

Design and develop scalable Java applications and services.

Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Work closely with product, business, QA, and other technology teams.





Plan development activities and ensure timely delivery.

Mentor team members and support their technical growth.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Java development, with relevant experience in technical/team leadership.

Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Positive communication and team management skills.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is an advantage.

Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices is a plus.
