About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot, along with hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React. This role requires a solid understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, REST APIs, and modern software development practices.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance microservices-based applications following modern architectural principles.
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
- Develop event-driven applications using Kafka for real-time data processing and communication.
- Work with MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support quality assurance activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions for production and non-production environments.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.
- Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
- Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development best practices.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience working with MongoDB and database design concepts.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
