Java + Azure Integration Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Java Developer with robust hands-on Azure Integration experience to develop application integrations, APIs, messaging solutions and data movement between enterprise systems.

The candidate should have a strong software development background and practical experience implementing integrations using Azure services. This role will involve working closely with architects and application teams to design, develop, test and deploy integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, APIs and integration components.
- Design and implement integrations between enterprise applications and systems.
- Build integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps Standard and Azure Service Bus.
- Develop REST/API integrations using Azure API Management, JSON/XML and OAuth 2.0.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and authorization.




- Implement event-driven integrations using Azure Event Grid.
- Work with Azure Event Hubs for high-volume event/stream processing where required.
- Implement reliable integration patterns including retry, idempotency, dead-letter queues, replay, correlation IDs and exception handling.
- Use Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics.
- Work with Git/Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for application and integration deployments.
- Have exposure to Bicep or Terraform for infrastructure/configuration automation.
- Collaborate with architects and application teams to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, document and support integration interfaces across Dev, UAT and Production environments.
- Full-stack exposure involving React front end, Java/.NET middle layer and database is expected.
