About The Role

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to manage and modernize our internal IT environment. This role goes beyond traditional IT administration — you’ll be responsible for strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, automating workflows, managing endpoint security, and implementing AI-driven tools to enhance internal efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve security, and support organizational growth through innovative solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure while exploring new automation opportunities to optimize productivity.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Systems and Infrastructure Administration, demonstrating a strong hands-on background with Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and Windows endpoint management. Proven experience managing a fleet of Windows-based laptops is essential. Proficiency in Python scripting and automation is mandatory, along with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Candidates should be self-sufficient, inquisitive, and quick learners of new tools and technologies. Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required. Prior experience with Zoho applications is preferred but not mandatory, with a willingness to learn being essential.

Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance, and security policies to ensure compliance and security best practices.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance enforcement, and remote configuration.




- Manage Microsoft Defender security policies and endpoint protection measures to safeguard organizational assets.
- Oversee provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based corporate laptops.
- Handle software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot IT issues end-to-end, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain operational automations using Python and other scripting tools to streamline processes.
- Create scripts and API integrations to automate repetitive IT workflows and reporting tasks.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and automation solutions for internal use, enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Assist with reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and deriving performance insights to inform decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, IT asset tracking, and adherence to operational best practices.
