About The Role

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to join 89 Solutions. This role is pivotal in managing and modernizing our internal IT environment, with a focus on strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, automating workflows, managing endpoint security, and implementing AI-driven tools to enhance internal efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, scripting expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and leverage automation to optimize processes, contributing significantly to the company's technological advancement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Systems or Infrastructure Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Proven expertise in managing a fleet of Windows-based laptops and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and workflow development.
- Experience managing security policies with Microsoft Defender and implementing endpoint protection measures.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications is preferred, with a willingness to learn required.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Self-sufficient, inquisitive, and quick to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, access controls, governance policies, and security protocols to safeguard company data.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management,



compliance enforcement, and configuration updates.
- Implement and manage security policies via Microsoft Defender to protect endpoints and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Handle provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based corporate laptops.
- Address software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot IT issues end-to-end, and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain operational automations using Python and other scripting tools to streamline workflows.
- Create scripts and API integrations to automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating, implementing, and managing AI tools and automation solutions for internal use to optimize business operations.
- Support reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance insights to ensure the stability and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, track IT assets, and adhere to operational best practices for continuous improvement.
