Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals. Experience in the Canadian IT recruitment/staffing market will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable IT profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
- Update candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
- Work closely with Account Managers and recruitment teams to fulfil client requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.




- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with the Canadian market.

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Canada IT Recruitment / Canadian Staffing experience.
- Knowledge of Canadian hiring practices and work authorization such as Canadian Citizens, PR, Open Work Permit, and Closed Work Permit.
- Experience hiring for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent positions.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.
- Experience working with Canadian clients, vendors, or implementation partners.
