: Vivro Financial Services is looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager with solid exposure to Main Board & SME IPOs, Wealth Management, HNI/UHNI and Family Office relationships.



The role involves building and maintaining relationships with Wealth Management firms, intermediaries, HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices and Corporate Offices, driving investments in Main Board & SME IPOs and Wealth Products, investor communication and subscription follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with Wealth Management firms, intermediaries, HNI/UHNI clients & Family Offices
- Drive investor participation in Main Board & SME IPOs and Wealth Products
- Present investment-related reports to investors and intermediaries
- Manage investor communication and subscription processes
- Participate in roadshows, webinars and client events
- Drive networking, relationship management and business development initiatives
