Role Overview The Inventory Manager will for the various hospitality properties (upto totally 200 rooms/40 properties ) and warehouse ensure items are stored correctly, the correct quantity of items are ordered and delivered on time. The invemtory manager will be resonsible for the managment of team members(upto 4 person) in order to fullfill the role.The inevntoru manager is required to coordinate vendors,caretakers and housekeeprs, operation and project team members to ensure succefully opertaion of recent and hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end inventory operations across multiple hospitality properties.
- Ensure timely stock availability and inventory movement based on operational requirements.
- Manage warehouse operations, stock replenishment, and inventory distribution across properties.
- Conduct regular stock audits, physical inventory verification, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory consumption and prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports.
- Oversee inventory readiness for new property launches, including stock planning, setup, and operational handover.




- Maintain accurate SKU records and ensure inventory master data is updated.
- Implement and monitor inventory SOPs, including FIFO, storage standards, inward and outward documentation, and stock handling procedures.
- Train and guide property teams and caretakers on inventory processes and best practices.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, unusual consumption, pilferage risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Property teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the inventory team while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Hospitality, Retail, or Supply Chain.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or properties.
- Strong knowledge of stock audits, inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
- Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience leading or managing a team.
- Willingness to travel across properties in Coorg as required.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
