Valuation & Transaction Advisory Intern / Article Assistant

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented candidate to join our core advisory team.

If you are passionate about corporate finance and transaction advisory, this role offers hands-on deal exposure from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Valuation & Modeling: Assist in DCF models, market multiples (CCA/CTA), and financial projections for M&A;, fund-raising, and regulatory compliance.

- AIF & Fund Advisory: Support in fund structuring, regulatory documentation, and portfolio reporting for Alternative Investment Funds.

- Regulatory Compliance: Work on valuation and compliance matters under FEMA, Companies Act, and Income Tax rules.

- Transaction Support:



Assist in financial and tax due diligence, deal documentation, and boutique advisory engagements.

Who Should Apply

- CA / CS / CMA students eligible for articleship/internship, or finance graduates pursuing CFA.

- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, corporate finance concepts, and MS Excel.

- Location: In office only in Ahmedabad (Remote/hybrid not available).

- Commitment: Only candidates with a long-term horizon for internship/articleship training should apply. Short-term/summer applicants will not be considered.
