- Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Process: International Voice
- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide product/service information and assist customers in decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality




- Identify customer concerns and share feedback for process improvement

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
