Dentzz Dental, Luxury Dental brand based in India and Dubai.

Dentzz is looking for an exceptional International Patient Coordinator, based in Mumbai, to work with patients from around the world who are considering travelling to India for advanced dental treatment.

This is a high-involvement, high-ticket consultative aquisition role, with typical treatment values ranging from approximately USD 4,000 to USD 30,000. You will speak with prospective patients primarily from Australia, the UK, New Zealand, the US and other international markets, understand their requirements, build trust, guide them through their decision making process and ultimately convert enquiries into patients travelling to India for treatment.

What we're looking for

You should be an excellent salesperson and an exceptional communicator.

The ideal candidate:

Has outstanding verbal communication skills and can build rapport naturally over the phone.

Speaks fluent, polished English and is comfortable communicating with people with a wide variety of international accents.

Has excellent written English without relying on AI tools to communicate effectively

Is comfortable selling high-ticket services in the USD 4,000–30,000 range, where the decision may require multiple conversations and thoughtful follow-up

Has strong sales instincts and knows how to understand needs, handle objections, follow up intelligently and close.

Is comfortable hearing "no" and dealing with rejection without losing motivation or momentum

Is persistent without being pushy.

Is highly self-motivated and does not require constant supervision or reminders.

Takes ownership of leads and follows through consistently





Has a collaborative mindset and works well with clinical, operations and other team members.

Is organised and capable of managing multiple prospective patients at different stages of their journey.

Can communicate with empathy.

Has the maturity to have conversations involving significant treatment decisions and financial commitments.

Is strongly performance driven and motivated by incentives someone who would rather substantially increase their earnings by delivering exceptional sales results than simply seek a higher fixed salary

Prior experience in sales, consultative sales, high-ticket sales or international client handling is preferred.

High integrity and does not rely on Mis selling.

Technical knowledge regarding dental aspects is not required as that would be a part of training.

What success looks like:

This role is not measured simply by the number of calls made or messages sent.

Success means developing genuine trust with prospective patients, understanding what is preventing them from moving forward, communicating the value of treatment clearly and helping qualified patients make the decision to travel to India for their treatment.

You should be someone who enjoys the psychology of mutually beneficial closing, understands that every prospect is different,



and continuously thinks about how to improve your conversion performance.

Compensation philosophy.

Fixed CTC: Rs 10.8 lakhs per annum with incentives above this.

However, we want people who are motivated by performance and want their earnings to grow with the results they produce.

This role combines fixed compensation with a meaningful performance-linked incentive structure. It is particularly suited to someone who sees incentives as an opportunity rather than a risk and who wants the ability to earn significantly more by consistently delivering strong results.
