Job Title: Customer Support Specialist & Backend Operations Associate

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹4.0 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience & track)

Working Days: 5 Days (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)

About the Role

We are seeking high-caliber professionals for International Voice and Financial Backend processes. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service quality, ensure operational compliance, and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Track A: International Voice Process

- Manage inbound/outbound international customer queries via phone.
- Provide effective resolution within defined SLA parameters.
- Maintain high CSAT scores and adhere to international quality benchmarks.
- Escalate complex technical/service issues to tier-2 support teams as required.

Track B: Backend Process (Banking/Finance)

- Process back-office customer documentation, transactions, and requests.




- Conduct data verification and quality audits for financial/banking workflows.
- Resolve written customer inquiries with high written clarity and speed.
- Ensure strict adherence to audit, privacy, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications

- Voice Track: Any Graduate with 1 years of mandatory experience in an International Voice process.
- Backend Track: B.Com / BBA Graduates ONLY with 1 years experience in Banking, Finance, or CS Backend.
- Location: Must be flexible to work out of Gurugram office.
- Transport/Shift: Flexible with rotational shift windows (Both-side cab facility provided).
