Role Description The Interior Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects. This includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, supervising site activities, and ensuring work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. The role involves managing schedules, monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.

and report project status to management, helping ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in supervising interior fit-out or turnkey projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings.
- Strong project coordination skills, including vendor management, scheduling, and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, designers, contractors, and on-site teams.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation practices, along with basic understanding of safety standards.
- Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and site reporting tools; exposure to project management or design software is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai, handle multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client and project requirements.
