We're Hiring: Interior Designer | Bengaluru

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in residential/commercial interior design

Key Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona (or similar)

Stel Design Studio is a turnkey interior design and build firm delivering luxury homes, corporate offices, and retail spaces across Bengaluru. Backed by an in-house manufacturing facility with German Biesse machinery, the studio controls every step from design to execution, making the team makers, not just designers.

Stel Design Studio is looking for an Interior Designer who can take a project from concept through execution-ready drawings, working closely with the design, engineering, and production teams. The role is full-time and on-site in Bengaluru.

Day to day, the Interior Designer will develop space planning, layouts, and design concepts based on client briefs, create detailed working drawings, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD, and build 3D models and walkthroughs using SketchUp / 3ds Max. The role includes producing high-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations, selecting materials, finishes, and furniture in line with design intent and budget, and coordinating with site teams, vendors, and the in-house manufacturing unit to ensure design feasibility and execution accuracy.

The Interior

Designer will also prepare mood boards,



material boards, and presentation decks for client meetings, and attend client meetings and site visits as required, ensuring designs align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software (V-Ray/Corona or similar)
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes
- Working knowledge of modular furniture design and detailing is a plus
- Valuable communication skills, comfortable presenting ideas to clients and coordinating with internal teams
- Eye for detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to work within budgets and timelines
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field
