Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts, creating detailed design layouts, and coordinating space planning to ensure functional and visually appealing environments. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, collaborating with architects and contractors, producing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project requirements and budgets. The role involves meeting clients to understand their needs, incorporating their preferences into design solutions,



and overseeing implementation to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.

The Interior

Designer will also support project documentation, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture for developing holistic design concepts and layouts.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings to communicate design intent clearly to contractors and project teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in residential or commercial interior projects and knowledge of local building codes and standards is an advantage.
