Key Responsibilities /n /n ● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking. /n ● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts. /n ● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings. /n ● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions. /n ● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution. /n ● Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers. /n ● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets. /n /n Required Expertise &





Qualifications /n /n ● Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. /n ● 1–8 years of experience in residential interior design projects. /n ● Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility. /n ● Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory). /n ● Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes. /n ● Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget. /n ● Valuable verbal and written communication skills. /n ● Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
