Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design proposals, and coordinating space planning and furniture layouts.

The Project

Manager will oversee preparation and review of construction drawings, manage project schedules and budgets, and collaborate with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Daily tasks include monitoring site progress, resolving design and execution issues, maintaining documentation,



and ensuring that projects align with client expectations and company standards. The role also requires regular reporting on project status and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills for residential projects.
- Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess the ability to create and review detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and integration with overall design concepts.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience managing interior design projects.
