Responsibilities

- Identify and comprehend the specific challenges or goals of the client in the solution integration, guide them through troubleshooting procedures,



and offer actionable recommendations to effectively resolve issues.
- Understand and explain technical API documentation to customers
- Provide on-site support at or near client facilities when required
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to bridge the gap between technical requirements and client implementation.
- Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests for continuous product improvement, proactively identify potential integration bottlenecks.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support
- Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge of security software options and functionality preferred
- Experience in advance SQL
- Familiarity with databases (Postgres, SQl, MySQL)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
