Instructional Designer, MEATR FC LearningRole DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and learning-focused Instructional Designer to support the development of engaging and effective learning solutions for MEATR FC. The role involves designing learning content, training materials, digital courses, assessments, and educational resources that support business objectives and learner development. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, business stakeholders, and learning teams to understand learning needs, define objectives, structure content, and develop learner-centered solutions.

You will apply instructional design principles and appropriate learning technologies to create transparent, practical, and engaging learning experiences across different formats. The role also includes reviewing learning content, gathering feedback, evaluating learning effectiveness, and continuously improving training solutions. The ideal candidate is creative, structured, curious, and passionate about transforming complex information into simple and meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Instructional Design, Education,



Learning & Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, curriculum development, and learning methodologies.
- Ability to develop structured learning content, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and digital learning resources.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, multimedia content, and digital learning platforms is an advantage.
- Strong writing, editing, visual communication, and content organization skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Creative, learner-focused, adaptable, and open to new technologies and learning approaches.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
