What you’ll do

- Build Instagram accounts from the ground up, from positioning and setup to growth.
- Figure out what makes people stop, watch, follow and engage.
- Turn Instagram Insights into actual growth decisions.
- Spot high-potential posts and reels and know when and how to boost them.
- Experiment with content, audiences, budgets and boosting strategies to find what works.
- Build a real community, not just a follower count.
- Keep up with Instagram’s algorithm, recent features and changing growth patterns.
- Work closely with the content team to create content people actually want to see.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Understand Instagram beyond just posting content.
- Know how to grow an account, build an audience and keep people engaged.
- Can look at numbers and turn them into better content and growth ideas.
- Are curious, creative and constantly thinking about what could work next.
- Have hands-on experience with Instagram growth, boosting or community building.
