We are looking for a 2-5 experience with a background in Mechanical Engineering who has robust knowledge of Mechanical components and an interest in inspection and documentation.Responsibilities:1) Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of mechanical components, assemblies, and products as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators etc.
- Perform incoming inspection.
- Verify welding, machining, fabrication, and surface finish requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
- Report non-conformities (NCR) and ensure proper documentation of deviations.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments used in inspectionMust have skills:
- Hands-on experience in inspection
- Basic knowledge on ERP
- Knowledge of SCAR
- Defects identification, RCCA
- Knowledge on MRB process.
- Handling of basic Instruments like Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bevel protractor, bore gauge etc.
