? Who We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, or related Engineering discipline

✅ 2–3 years' experience in Inspection Coordination, QA/QC, Third-Party Inspection (TPI), or Project Inspection (Oil & Gas / Energy / Infrastructure / Manufacturing)

✅ Working knowledge of engineering drawings, inspection reports & QA/QC documentation

✅ Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office

✅ Solid communicator with excellent coordination and follow-up skills

? What You'll Own

? End-to-end inspection coordination — scheduling, inspector deployment, stakeholder communication

? Documentation & reporting — Inspection Reports, Release Notes, Visit Slips; review & verification before client submission





? Client coordination — query resolution, deliverable timelines

? Records management — Job Order Register, IRN Register, Inspector Database, tracking systems

? Commercial support — payment follow-ups, billing documentation coordination
