Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, calling, follow-ups, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, online platforms and other sources

• Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements

• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales

• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/records

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Target-oriented with positive follow-up skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
