Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

In this role, you will guide customers through their jewellery-buying journey, from their first inquiry to final purchase and beyond. You'll engage with high-intent customers, understand their requirements, provide personalized recommendations, and help them find the perfect piece while delivering the premium experience ORNAZ is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound leads generated through our website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual consultations
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery options
- Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the buying journey
- Coordinate with design and production teams for customized orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems




- Follow up proactively with leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel

What we are looking for?

- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Jewellery Sales, Luxury Retail, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
- Comfort working with high-value products and consultative selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
