Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and articulate Inside Sales Intern to join our team in Janakpuri, Delhi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping us expand our reach, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth in the logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential business clients, logistics managers, and supply chain leads via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospects to introduce Mohan Logistic Carrier’s services.
- Client Engagement: Understand prospective clients' transportation and supply chain needs and pitch appropriate logistic solutions.




- Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate pipeline of prospective clients and interaction logs in our sales database/CRM.
- Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team with proposal drafting, client follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Commerce (B.Com), Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and client interaction.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with web research tools.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
