Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, pitching Speedioo’s offerings, and driving sales conversions.

This is a pure sales role focused on lead conversion and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo’s offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Handle customer objections effectively and drive successful closures.
- Continuously improve sales pitch, product knowledge, and conversion techniques.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.




- Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
- Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are not preferred for this role.

Language Requirement – Mandatory
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred
- English – Preferred
