Growqai is on the lookout for a people-magnet to join our sales team in Pune, someone who can close a deal and build a community that actually sticks around.

This isn't your typical "make calls, hit targets" job. You'll be the face (and voice) of two of our B2C brands, pitching, closing, and building real relationships along the way.

? Experience: 6 months+ in sales, telesales, BD, or community management

What You'll Do

✅ Pitch our products/services to customers, no boring scripts, just real conversations

✅ Own the entire sales cycle, from first "hey" to final "deal closed."

✅ Build and grow community for two of our B2C brands, think engagement, loyalty,



and people who keep coming back.

✅ Turn one-time customers into long-term relationships.

✅ Hit (and smash) your monthly/quarterly targets.

Skills Required

✅ Excellent verbal & written communication, you know how to hold a conversation.

✅ Talking to people isn't a chore for you, it's basically a hobby.

✅ Sales experience across B2B and B2C.

✅ Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).

✅ Quick on your feet, easy-going, extrovert energy.

✅ Self-motivated and target-driven.

✅ Thick skin rejection doesn't kill your vibe.
