We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility operations across multiple locations in Chennai.

Key Requirements

- 4–7 years of facility/infrastructure management experience. - Experience managing 2 or more locations simultaneously. - Strong vendor management skills (AMC, Security & Housekeeping). - Hands-on experience in office fit-outs and renovation projects. - Working knowledge of Electrical, Civil & HVAC systems. - Ability to coordinate daily on-site operations across locations.

Positive to Have

- Experience managing company guest houses or residential facilities. - Manufacturing + corporate office facility management experience. - Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, fire safety norms & Factories Act. - Experience with Fire NOCs, EB approvals & trade licenses. - Diploma/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management qualification. - Experience with CAFM or Facility Management software.
