Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established operational procedures and models to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support.

The position demands continuous interaction with various teams to uphold seamless infrastructure performance and contribute to a reliable technology environment.

Roles &

- Responsibilities:

Lead LAN/WLAN current-state assessment and discovery.

Develop and validate LAN/WLAN HLD/LLD.

Design and implement Aruba Switching solutions.

Design and implement Aruba Wireless solutions.





Work with Aruba Central for configuration, monitoring and management.

Support campus LAN/WLAN modernization and technology refresh.

Develop site migration and cutover strategies.

Validate switch, wireless and network configurations.

Support deployment waves and site migrations.

Troubleshoot complex LAN/WLAN issues.

Coordinate with Prisma SD-WAN, NAC/security and infrastructure teams.

Support post-migration validation and stabilization.

Define deployment standards and configuration templates.

- Capability to analyze system logs and application behavior to diagnose root causes effectively.
