Company Description Sant Singaji Educational Society (SSES), established in 2010, is dedicated to driving social and economic transformation in the Gondwana region of Madhya Pradesh, one of the most underserved areas of the country. It operates Sant Singaji Institute of Science and Management in Sandalpur village, Dewas district, providing higher education opportunities to rural youth. The institute serves students from three rural districts of Madhya Pradesh and educates around 1,000 learners annually.

SSES focuses on improving access to quality education, developing local talent, and supporting community development through academic and skill-based programs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Professional role based in Indore. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems used by the institution. The qualified will handle system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades, ensuring secure and reliable performance of all hardware and software.

Day-to-day responsibilities include user support for faculty, staff, and students, resolving technical issues, managing user accounts and access, and maintaining data backup and security protocols. The role also includes coordinating with vendors, documenting IT processes,



and supporting technology-based initiatives to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in system administration and network management (e.g., configuring servers, managing LAN/WAN, monitoring network performance).
- Candidates should possess skills in hardware and software support (e.g., installing operating systems, troubleshooting desktops and laptops, managing peripherals and licensed applications).
- Candidates should possess skills in IT security and data management (e.g., implementing security best practices, managing backups, handling access controls and basic cybersecurity measures).
- Candidates should possess skills in user support and technical documentation (e.g., providing helpdesk assistance, training users, documenting procedures and configurations).
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of educational or institutional IT environments and familiarity with campus management or learning systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities in a structured, on-site setting.
