We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to oversee and manage the complete IT workplace of our organization, ensuring seamless business operations.

Position Summary The IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's entire IT ecosystem, including infrastructure, network security, hardware, software, user support, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and cybersecurity. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, end-user devices, cloud platforms, and business applications, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Lead IT support operations across locations by providing timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and application-related issues while minimizing business downtime.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, allocation, inventory tracking, maintenance, warranty management, and disposal, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Implement cybersecurity controls, data protection measures, access management, and compliance practices to safeguard organizational systems and information.




- Administer Microsoft 365 services, software licensing, user access, and business-critical applications supporting accounting, audit, and taxation operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, service contracts, renewals, and third-party service performance while driving cost optimization.
- Ensure business continuity through effective backup, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation processes.
- Develop IT policies, SOPs, reports, and infrastructure improvement initiatives while supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and overall technology governance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or IT Operations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or lead role.
- Experience managing IT operations for multi-location offices is preferred.
