We are looking for an IT Support Executive with 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
Must have: Solid Desktop & LAN Network Support, Windows OS, Active Directory, basic application support and understanding of IP addressing/network troubleshooting.
Additional skills – any 3 or more: Windows Server, Active Directory, Backup Exec, Trend Micro, VMware/Hyper-V, Terminal Server/RDS, LAN/WAN multi-location support, FortiGate Firewall or other relevant IT infrastructure technologies.
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc. IT / BCA / Engineering / Graduate with relevant IT experience.
*Candidates with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and practical experience in a corporate IT environment.
