ABOUT SEARCE /n Searce is an AI-native, engineering-led modern tech consultancy that empowers clients to futurify by delivering real business outcomes. /n /n WHY YOU'LL LOVE BEING A SEARCIAN /n We live the happier culture—Humble, Adaptable, Positive, Passionate, Innovative, Excellence-minded, and Responsible. Here, ideas win over hierarchy (we reject HiPPOs), bureaucracy is replaced by velocity, and we have a deep "own-the-outcome" mentality. You'll be working with a team of fellow solvers where the learning curve beats experience every single time. /n /n WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT /n This is a Senior Manager/AVP-level leadership role focused on driving complex security operations outcomes.
We are not looking for a traditional supervisor; we need a solver who brings a process-first, AI-native mindset to architecting next-generation SOC frameworks. You will question the status quo and use first principles to ensure every security design is futuristic and resilient. /n /n WHAT YOU'LL DO /n /n
- Architect intelligent security outcomes by leading SOC design and implementation across Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar.
/n
- Drive the "Real Improver" mindset in detection engineering—tuning SOC rules and MITRE ATT&CK-aligned; logic to perfection.
/n
- Own the threat detection strategy and incident response frameworks to "futurify" both internal and client environments.
/n
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex security incidents, client calls, and high-severity situations.
/n
- Engage directly with clients for requirement gathering, solution design, and ongoing advisory — pre- and post-transition.
/n
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to design end-to-end security operations solutions.
/n
- Define SOC KPIs, SLAs, playbooks, and operational runbooks; drive continuous improvement.
/n
- Mentor and provide technical direction to SOC analysts and engineers.
/n /n /n WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /n Must-Have /n /n
- 12+ years of InfoSec expertise with a deep, hands-on obsession with SOC operations; minimum 5–6 years in SOC-focused roles.
/n
- Extensive experience implementing SIEM platforms like Google SecOps (Chronicle), Microsoft Sentinel, or Splunk.
/n
- Proven ability to write and tune detection rules (YARA, SIEM correlation) with an excellence-minded approach.
/n
- A proactive attitude towards threat hunting and incident response methodologies.
/n
- Hands-on understanding of security technologies: EDR, SOAR, NDR, IDS/IPS, UEBA.
/n
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders and CISOs.
/n
- Architecture and design experience for large-scale, multi-tenant SOC environments.
/n
- Solid documentation, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
/n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
/n /n Mindset /n /n
- AI-native: Actively leverages AI tools to accelerate security engineering and SOC automation.
/n
- Process-first: Redesigns workflows before automating; questions the "why" before the "how".
/n
- First principles: Builds security architectures from the ground up, avoiding blind template usage.
/n /n Good to Have /n /n
- Google SecOps (Chronicle SIEM) SOC implementation.
/n
- Familiarity with cloud security monitoring on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
/n
- Exposure to OT/ICS security or specialized vertical SOC environments.
/n
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Splunk Certified Power User, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent.
/n
- Prior experience in a consulting, managed security services (MSSP), or client-facing delivery model.
/n /n WHY SEARCE? /n /n
- Multi-cloud, AI-native — GCP · AWS · Azure across 10+ countries.
/n
- Google Cloud Workplace AI Transformation Partner of the Year, APAC 2026.
/n
- Engineering-first culture — no bench, no busywork.
/n
- We use AI in our own operations — you won't be the only one.
