We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Developer with deep expertise in Informatica Data Management Cloud (CDI, CAI, CDQ) to lead technical architecture and implementation of data integration platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable integration solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. You will work on a shift basis (1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST) collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data management solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and architect Informatica Data Management and Data Integration platform solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for integration workflows to enable continuous deployment and streamlined delivery
- Lead technical design reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization across the team
- Optimize and fine-tune performance of Data Integration jobs and workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Monitor platform performance and resource usage, implementing efficiency improvements and scalability enhancements
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards




- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to communicate technical designs and solutions effectively

Requirements

- Proven expertise in CDI (Cloud Data Integration), CAI (Cloud Application Integration), and CDQ (Cloud Data Quality) development
- Strong proficiency in API development and RESTful services design
- Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot and Java application development
- Experience building and maintaining web services and enterprise integration solutions
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues in data integration workflows
- Robust technical communication and presentation skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative in identifying improvement opportunities

Nice to Have

- Experience with advanced performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices
- Background in designing enterprise data architectures
- Experience mentoring junior developers on best practices
