We are building a modern, high-trust healthcare brand that combines science, technology, and storytelling to help people understand their health in a smarter and more personalised way.

Our focus is to build a premium, credible, and culturally relevant brand — not a typical hospital or lab page.

What You’ll Own:

- Building our creator pool from zero — nano, micro & macro influencers
- End-to-end influencer campaigns: scouting, outreach, scripting, negotiation, briefing & tracking
- UGC, barter & paid collaboration campaigns at scale
- Influencer-led acquisition & campaign performance KPIs
- Creator relationship management & long-term partnerships

Brand Partnerships:

- Mapping category-adjacent brands (sleep, fitness, nutrition, wellness tech)




- Cold outreach & warm pitching to founders and marketing leads
- Structuring partnerships: cross-promotions, bundled offers, co-branded campaigns & member benefits
- Negotiating and closing partnership deals end-to-end
- Managing the partnership pipeline and execution

What Fits:

- 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations
- D2C, wellness, lifestyle or luxury brand exposure (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience across nano, micro & macro creator campaigns
- Understanding of UGC, barter & paid collaboration models
- Strong communication, relationship-building & negotiation skills
- Someone who understands the difference between followers and actual outcomes
